Before we start, please note that it is now a legal requirement to have a Home Information Pack in place before your property can be marketed. For more information about HIPs please contact us at PJ Lets as we can offer highly efficient and low cost HIPS compiled by one of the country’s leading HIP suppliers.
OPTION 1
Upfront Basic Sale – £295+VAT – this is the simplest and cheapest option to sell. All you need to do is contact us today via email or telephone; we shall require full details of your property, style and type. We will then forward you a full listings package, which includes price comparisons for similar properties for your area so that you can choose the sale price. You then return the form (preferably via email) together with four digital photos of their property (you can add more photo’s at 50p per photo), you will also need to provide us with a HIP (if you have one in place - if not, don’t worry as we provide this service). You will also need to select payment option 1 and provide us with your card details for payment of the upfront fee. We will then upload your property to both this website and all of the many national property portals.
OPTION 2
Deferred Basic Sale – 0.5% of sale price – for those people who either prefer to pay upon sale or simply don’t have facilities for the upfront payment option. This option still gives you fantastic savings over high street agency fees. As with option 1 you will simply need to provide us with the property details, we will send you our listing package but when you return the same, you select payment option 2.
OPTION 3
Deferred Sale Deluxe – 0.9% of Sale Price – as option 2 but with this option one of PJ Lets specialist listing agents will attend your property, take 6 digital photographs, take your property details and then supply the details to us; the local agent will also where possible assist with viewings.
